Card Management

With Card Management, you can instantly lock your DVCU debit card using online banking or the DVCU mobile app. If you misplace your DVCU debit card, Card Management lets you instantly protect it without having to change your card number or go through the steps of ordering a new card. Plus when you find it, you can unlock it just as easily. Read the FAQs for more information.

Keep in mind that locking your card prevents new purchases and cash advances from being authorized until your card is unlocked and:

  • Placing a lock on your card only places a temporary lock on it while you search for it.
  • If you are unable to find your card, contact DVCU at 800.579.5051 to permanently block your card.
  • Be sure to review your account for unauthorized transactions and notify DVCU immediately.
  • In the case that your card is lost or stolen, a new card will be ordered once you have contacted DVCU.
How to Lock Your Card in Online Banking
Log in to your account through online banking (rb.dvcu.org) and select Card Management from the All Services tab.

Select the card that you would like to lock/unlock by clicking the padlock icon.

How to Lock Your Card Using the Mobile App
Log in to your account on the DVCU mobile app and tap the Card Management icon.
